Background runs and cancelling
Runs continue if you close the browser; how Cancel Optimisation works.
Background runs
Once an optimisation has started, it continues even if you close your browser or shut down your computer. When you return to StoreStreamer later, the Dashboard shows the completed run with its processing log and summary.
Cancelling
Choose Cancel Optimisation on an active run. StoreStreamer:
- accepts the cancellation
- stops taking on new work
- may finish products already in progress
- charges credits only for successfully completed items
- marks the run Cancelled
Start a new run when you want to continue.
