Cancelling your subscription
Cancel by uninstalling; billing ends at period end; content stays in Shopify; stored data retained up to 30 days.
To cancel an active StoreStreamer subscription, uninstall the app from Shopify Admin.
After uninstall
- The subscription cancels at the end of the current billing period
- It will not renew
- Content already written stays in your Shopify store
If you reinstall later and want to keep using StoreStreamer, you will normally need to subscribe again.

Data retention after uninstall
When you uninstall StoreStreamer AI, we retain your store data, including any saved rollback data, for up to 30 days. This allows you to reinstall the app during this period and, where supported, restore previously saved data.
After 30 days, all stored data relating to your store is permanently deleted from StoreStreamer's records and previously saved rollback data can no longer be restored. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
Do not uninstall only to troubleshoot. Contact support while keeping the app installed.
