Cancelling your subscription
Cancel by uninstalling; billing ends at period end; content stays in Shopify.
To cancel an active StoreStreamer subscription, uninstall the app from Shopify Admin.
After uninstall
- The subscription cancels at the end of the current billing period
- It will not renew
- Content already written stays in your Shopify store
- Across a normal reinstall, StoreStreamer backup history is normally preserved
If you reinstall later and want to keep using StoreStreamer, you will normally need to subscribe again.
Do not uninstall only to troubleshoot. Contact support while keeping the app installed.
