Uninstalling cancels your subscription — contact support instead. Stored data may be retained for up to 30 days.
Uninstalling StoreStreamer cancels your subscription at the end of the current billing period and stops renewal.

Data retention after uninstall
Data retention after uninstall
When you uninstall StoreStreamer AI, we retain your store data, including any saved rollback data, for up to 30 days. This allows you to reinstall the app during this period and, where supported, restore previously saved data.
After 30 days, all stored data relating to your store is permanently deleted from StoreStreamer's records and previously saved rollback data can no longer be restored. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
