Products were not updated
Skipped items, failed items, scope mismatch, and how to check the console.
If products look unchanged after a run, check these common causes:
Skipped items
With Only optimise new / unprocessed, StoreStreamer skips products it has already optimised. To redo them, switch to Re-run on all and run again (uses credits again).
Failed items
A few failures do not mean the whole run failed. Open View Console to see failed items. Temporary issues with Shopify or AI services can affect individual items. Retry those items in a later run.
Scope mismatch
Confirm the products you are checking in Shopify are inside the Product Scope you saved (collections, tags, or vendors).
Run still in progress
Large runs continue in the background. Return to the Dashboard and check status before assuming nothing happened.
